probably your window's steel wire were broken. thats why you hear grinding noise. you can repair it by yourself, but when you buy a new steel wire set, dont forget that you specify front passenger door. every steel wire set is diffrent for each doors. by the way broken steel wire may harm to pulley ...

thank you for your answer. i always focused on composition media system. but its true. immobilizer controls all electronic system include sound and its dependent to the ignition switch. it might be helpfull... i'll investigate this immediately....
