It's not just the parking sensor error, there's about 5 coming up one after the other (esc, auto headlight, tyre pressure) so it seems to be something electrical?

I updated my SD card's satnav data but it's changed the colour of my car from black to silver on the Discover Pro. Anyone know how I can get this changed back?
