2015 polo gti - every time you start the car windscreen steams up. Been in garage twice, both times they can't see anything wrong, but have topped up air con! Any advice? Thanks

Had a 2015 polo gti for almost two years. When braking from low speed whether brakes are hot of cold, you hear the rear brakes making a scoring noise as if they are worn out!
