Head gasket identification.
Hello experts. At 193k miles I think it's finally time to change my head gasket. I've got an overpressure in the coolant system and there's smoke in the header tank. Pretty tell tale signs. Anyway, I'm having a little jip identifying the head gasket part number. Looking at the tat I've got two small...

Re: P019E code Engine running rough
Update,
Replacing the injector wiring loom did indeed fix the fault. Not sure what the spurious fault code is about but many forum users have commented that the loom is a common point of failure.
Cheers.

Re: P019E code Engine running rough
Resurrecting this, Did anyone get an answer to the cause? I'm having exactly the same issue. And with the same fault code. Car is high mileage but an otherwise good reliable runner. Fault first presented about 2 weeks ago on a short shop run as very slight hesitation/bucking while cruising at 30. Bu...

Re: Sub frame console removal.
So I found a video on good old YouTube where a guy removes the alimunium arm for the same reason as I need (stripped threads). Seems it's easy enough to rip out without dropping the subframe completely. Unfortunately I need to use the car again so this job will probably have to wait to bank Holiday ...

Re: Sub frame console removal.
Cheers for the replies, I've got the bush press already (borrowed) so I'm happy I can achieve the bush replacement. And it's not that I don't want to have correct wheel alignment, I just didn't want to tamper with the subframe unless really necessary. I need the toe checking anyway because of the pa...

Sub frame console removal.
Hello, Long time lurker first time poster. So today I was doing a lot of front end suspension work and with it I was going to change the console bushes and swap them for poly bushes. However when unwinding the right hand wishbone front mounting bolt it was very tight when unwinding. This leads me to...
