Hi All,
Is there any adjustment can be done to reduce / lessen the throttle pedal sensitivity as I find it far too sensitive even in non sport mode.
Thanks and hoping maybe it can be tweaked via vcds etc.

Re: Left hand drive EA888 VW Polo gti 1.8tsi turbo inlet
Hi Dink
Yes that's it
I think racingline state somewhere that all airbox connection hoses will fit, but I can assure you that my factory airbox hose wouldn't due to the bigger diameter.

Hi Dink
Yes the racingline inlet elbow is a bigger diameter where the airbox hose connects.

Re: Left hand drive EA888 VW Polo gti 1.8tsi turbo inlet
Hi Dink
I also need to point out that I'm not sure that your existing airbox hose will fit the bigger diameter racingline inlet connector.
Think the racingline connector is approx 1/4" bigger diameter.

Re: Left hand drive EA888 VW Polo gti 1.8tsi turbo inlet
Hi Dink Yes it does need a different breather hose which I also have purchased, apparently it's a golf R hose. New longer breather hose is required due to the breather hose connection on the racing line connector being in a different position from the original vw connector. Total cost for the racing...

Re: Left hand drive EA888 VW Polo gti 1.8tsi turbo inlet
Hi Dink Yes, perfect, as these pics confirm that your brake servo and reservoir are indeed on the other side ftom my lhd car and hence the bigger turbo inlet fouls on the brake servo on my Left hooker. Not an issue on a rhd car but a big issue for me. Anyone want to buy a brand new turbo inlet conne...

Re: Left hand drive EA888 VW Polo gti 1.8tsi turbo inlet
Hi Dink Perfect, many thanks for doing this. It's unclear but looks as if the rhd cars have the brake booster servo on the same side as the steering wheel. I.e. left side for lhd and right side for the rhd cars, hence my issue with the larger inlet not having enough clearance to fit without fouling,...

Re: Left hand drive EA888 VW Polo gti 1.8tsi turbo inlet
Hi Dink
Thanks for posting up.
Any chance you can take a picture of the turbo inlet area and just underneath if possible and post up for me ?
No urgency on this but would greatly appreciate it if you can find the time.

Re: Racechip Install
Hi To fit second connector you need to remove the engine undertray and then you will find the boost connector you need to connect to. It's an awkward one to remove as there is an Air con pipe right in front of it. Took me a bit of time to get it off, but once done the racechip on their supplied sett...
