We are converting CLNA 1.6 tdi 105 hp manual to 1.6 TDI dsg.

There is no CLNA or any other 105 hp polo with 1.6 tdi dsg.
So i need to flash CAYB firmware. I will change power class in the cluster to match CAYB firmware.

Car have normal key start. Will it start considering all immo ...

Found 6C infotainment system trim in Japan. And I Got it . Its a used one. But in super clean condition.

6C0 858 071 A

this trim came in Japan Polo GTI.

will you please tell me which and how many relay required ?

I'm not sure the BCM itself is the problem. In the beetle 5C1 and new Jetta, the normal ignition lock also involves the converter box J935 and T73a/55.
It's not that the T73a/55 is exclusive to the kessy system. It's present in all cars. My current 7E0 937 090 has the necessary pins for kessy ...
