Change engine and loom ecu clock and key got it started but it hunting and wnt rev at all

Hi u would ant no were the vacuum solenoid pipes go on bnm 1.4 tdi plz

Are the key coded to ecu or is plug and play

So it no way to wire the wires together on crankshaft sencor
