Don't think its the sunroof as my build date is 4/03/19 (ordered Jan 2018)

Winter pack
Panoramic sunroof
Sat nav
Flash Red
Wireless charging (no longer available)
Brescia wheels
Titan Black Upholstery.

Yes me as well. Build date 4/3/2019
Dealer says 8 weeks approx. from build to delivery so early May hopefully.

Same here. Ordered 15th January and given an unconfirmed build date of week 9. Got this info from dealer and contacted VW and they confirmed. Cars loaded with extras incl. Pana sunroof and Brescias. Also got the text saying onto stage 2!!!

Finally just go a build date from the retailer of week 9. So I think I should get delivery early May (week 17ish). Not bad as I ordered it end January so only a 16 month wait. Thanks VW for your incompetence.

Just been to dealer today. He tells me that my GTI+ starting to move and is being built now but the configurator wont show anything until the new year. Then it will jump a few steps. A delivery March. He says its not all WLTP and UK deliveries are much much slower than the continent. No new orders u...

I've noticed this to. Live Chat just refers me to dealer who has no information at all. I thought there would be movement this month but its not looking to good at the moment.

An yet you can still configure on iPad configurator. Not sure if its been updated or not but you can configure the lot.
No mention of WLTP though.

Got Live Chat to confirm this morning that the GTI+ engines were in production this week. Asked if I might see a build date soon and they replied "Fingers Crossed".
Cant say this boosts my expectations at all.

Hope there's not a delay with options (sunroof). They've had my order for 10 months. Surely enough time to get the "bits" together.

Just come of live chat and they confirm:

"I can see that production of the GTI Plus Engine commences again on the week commencing the 22nd of October. This would mean that the you should receive an estimated build week around this time."

Believe it when I see it!!!!

Just come back from the dealers. They are saying that order will be open for GTI+ in November when they will be tested (WLTP). The customers will be given a 38week delivery. They could not say that my already 38weeks I have waited since ordering in January would be taken into account so a 76+ weeks ...

It may be me but there but I do not see a configurator for the Polo on the VW website. There is for the UP

Check out this guy with the GTI. Its my type of review. Much better that Chris Evans review in the Sunday Mail today which he says dull on the outside but 5 stars for everything else.
