Re: 2019 lead times
I ordered an R-Line with 5 options + paint and wheels at the end of May 2018. I have only just had my build date confirmed as week 23, so at the minute it is looking like it's going to be 14 months from order to delivery.
Yikes and I thought my wait last year was bad
I am actually away to sell ...

Re: Polo to t-cross?
I like the T-Roc, not really looked into the T-Cross. In any case, you would need a hefty deposit to change if you are on PCP. I’m in about £3k of negative equity.
 I am in exactly the same situation
I really want to change the Polo, I am doing around 350 mls a week, filling up weekly ...

Re: What would you change about your Polo?
If I could go back I think knowing what I know now I would have seriously questioned ordering the car at all
I would though if I could change anything would be
Bigger fuel tank
Ordered a diesel for better fuel economy, currently getting 220 miles on a tank
The screen wash tank be bigger ...

Re: Stupid car
At the moment the only thing going for this car is
It’s brand new, and nice spec inside and the payments per month are really cheap
Other then that I would prefer to get a diesel A3
However putting me off is I would have to get a car a year old (18 plate) and trade in my brand new car
I would make ...

Re: How much to fill and to the tank
My car is at 3500 miles and I looked and it is apparently doing 44mpg
I’ve just done around 35 miles today motorway driving and used again two bars
Must be something wrong with mine if a GTI + is getting better economy

Re: How much to fill and to the tank
I will fill mine and I will get under 300 milesantz81 wrote: Mon Feb 18, 2019 3:19 am I get about 750km/tank Which is roughly 470 miles.
What you are getting sounds more like what I get in my 1981 Corvette.
I found myself filling it up another £10 during this time and I will then get maybe 340-50

Re: How much to fill and to the tank
Normally when I get into the car my commute is not short bursts
In to town is 16 miles there and back, work varies as I travel around but long bursts again can be around 16 miles there and back, it’s longer journeys its burning through it

How much to fill and to the tank
Not sure if I’ve just been blessed with a very thirsty 1.0
But trying to figure it out
I have a R line 95ps
And she is drinking fuel like it’s water so I’m trying to figure out why, now before anyone starts with oh it’s your driving style it’s really not, if I was doing handbrake turns and racing ...

Re: New Polo R-Line
I have a R line
Lovely car however not to put a damper on your order but I find mine very gutsy I’ve done 90miles and impressively she’s used half a tank of fuel in three days 😳
I am contemplating buying a diesel Audi
You never know my car may be up for sale soon here 😢

Re: Stupid car
Glad I'm not the only one... Personally I just really dislike mine.. the shambles mine has caused since pickup in June is ridiculous. Handbrake issues, steering, then made worse by my dealer and refusing responsibility. And then the other small things what are just annoying. Like the lack of a ...

Re: Stupid car
You're not alone in your new Polo annoying you....I can assure you... :(
I'm a fan of PCP/PCH, but this is one of these rare occasions when I wish I'd bought the car and I was free to change (albeit probably taking a big financial hit).
Right now I'd change to anything else with aircon that ...
