Very nice, when are you collecting

Picked up my car today and the dealer was amazing, tank you to Sophie at Alan day VW. The winter pack was missing 2 it the advertised items when I ordered and she has already spoke to customer services and has arranged for me to get a full refund. So I should hopefully receive it in the next few days.

I had it removed. I’ve got an r-line badge to go on the engine side. The European spec comes with this as standard but not the UK for some reason.

So collection day was today and I’m so happy with the car. The wife picked the colour, but have to say I think flash red is awesome. Only had a little drive around but first impressions are very good.

My car arrived at the dealer today. I’ve just sent the rest of the money over so I should be collecting on Monday!

I can’t complain to much as the delivery date on my order form is 22nd December. I’ve been very lucky that it has come earlier at all as I know there are people who ordered before me and didn’t have a build week yet.

Did they offer up the information around waiting for the wltp certification. I spoke to them today as my car arrived in sheerness and they said it was waiting for a transporter but mentioned nothing about wltp certication.

If you go on to live chat on the VW website you can give them your order number and ask them. Got the boat name for when it was coming form SA and now for it’s last stretch to the UK. I placed my order on the 22nd May with an estimated delivery date of 22nd December, r-line 115 manual with £3k options and it’s now on a boat on its way. I don’t know how mines been bumped forward so much. Must be availablilty of parts.
