Well...... the economy guage is just a simple needle tht points to the mpg, but also included is a light tht tells u when to change gear! (or should i say when IT thinks u should change gear LOL)
No it doesnt cut the engine, it has a switch u can turn on and off tht cuts the revs and everythin else ...
