Received a message this morning stating car has arrived in the UK. For info the car was ordered in May 2018.
The Build week was 21/1 with a notification of in transit on 24/1.
So I hope this gives an idea of timescales, around 35 days from in transit to UK.
Not long now I hope!

Just an update, I had a notification back in November of a build week of 21st January. Received a text this morning stating the car is now in transit.
Car was ordered in May 2018 - Reef Blue with Brescias and a few other options. Fingers crossed the wait is coming to an end.

I agree, mine was ordered in May and still no idea when the car will be built, no info from anyone as to when. I've even asked via their twitter account but no response. I don't think they care about retail customers. It won't happen but an offer of a better deal on a service plan or similar would ...

Hi, my understanding re cancellation is that if the vehicle is not supplied by the date of supply on your order form the dealer then has 28 days to supply the vehicle. If he cannot supply then you can cancel. That's how I interpret the conditions on the order form. I have not put it to the test but ...

I've just had a similar text stating the order has progressed to Stage 2. It's been there since May when the car was ordered. Shambles!

Hi all enjoying this forum as I have found more info here than from the dealer or vw chat. My polo was ordered on 26th April with a delivery date of 12th September!
