That would depend on what type on service plan you purchased, 1 - Was this plan through the manufacturer VW ? In which case you should have no problem going to ANY VW dealership . 2 - Was this plan something the suppling dealership did for their own customers to retain them in aftersales ? You will ...

Re: Full Beam Headlight Adjustment

As previous reply you can adjust the head lamps up/down left/right but both low and high lamps adjust together in that lamp ,so you set the low beams correctly then the high beams should be fine, that said check the high beam bulb fitment as this can affect the beam patterns if not fitted correctly....

Re: timing belt snapped while driving

The head was damaged as you can see in the photos, so scrap. The bores also damaged from bits of valves smashing around in there,so scrap.
we fitted a reconditioned engine to this vehicle.

Re: RCD200 poor reception

When you say ' Weve fitted a new stubby aerial, did not improve, removed the HU and checked all connections, all ok.' do you mean the Ariel mast (screw on piece) or the complete unit on the roof ? If this were mine i would replace the aerial base unit first job and check for corrosion on the cable t...

Re: Mark 5 replacement infotainment system

Hi, are you able to post some pictures of the OEM unit so people can see what you have currently ?
Would you be fitting this yourself ?
Are you confident with wiring ?
Why not list a ‘must have’for the new unit ?

There are two bulbs in each rear lamp for side lights each side

Check you have the correct bulbs in the rear light cluster ,The top bulb is a stop/tail light 21w/5w(double pins), the bottom bulb is a sidelight only 5w (single pin).

P0011 is the OBD-II generic code indicating the engine control module (ECM) has determined that the bank 1 intake cams...
