Hmm up’s engine bat is tiny. Maybe there slightly different. Does the ibiza 1.0 have one? Surely thats the same?

Just need an induction kit and a turbo muffler delete. Should be readily available is its the same 1.0 engine in the UP! GTI

I have a alcantara wrapped steering wheel and was considering changing the standard leather DSG gaitor out match.

How much of a faff is it to get the gaitor off does anybody know?

100 mile trip. Car flawless. Slowly park up and the little ting noise still there, hmmm. Will just have to wait until next service and it’s in the air.

I discounted the brakes as i am aware of the noise they make in regard the pads moving. Thats more of a dull thud than the stone hitting metal noise im getting.

Splash plate, that the bit that runs around the edge of the disc at the back, just in front of suspension etc.

Wait until the warranty is up. Get some breathing mods and maybe some form of exhaust system. Then get a stage 1 ecu and dsg map. Leave it as that, anything more and you’ll be wheel spinning forever. Dont go to a flash map place. If you are in the UK, got to MRC or Devil Developments, somewhere that...

Pretty sure if you go from none digi to digi air-con you need looooads of extra sensors so have to rip it all out cus thats how it keep it at X degrees and motors to control the speeds and flaps etc.
