The 9N POLO is the twin headlight one that looked like: Oo oO. I think yours is the 9N3. (the first shape polo GTI)

My Polo, also right hand drive (as I am in South Africa) adjust the left mirror, when set to left, but also adjusts the left mirror when se to right. I have to manually adjust the right wing mirror. As far as the windows are concerned, I have never had the occasional switch as mentioned above ...

I just wanted to share my 9N 1.9TDI (140PD) 96KW.
I just bought her in a sad state, but has already done quite a-lot to her, and she is coming back to life! She has software and stainless straight pipe and downpipe. Makes 152KW and 442NM ...
