My POLO GTI+ white with black roof, middle silencer deleted and pipercross filter. 20k miles.
Loved it to bits but sadly forced to sell due to cash issues...

I had my GTI+ with OPF new since April 2019
Replaced the air filter with a pipercross filter and did a resonator (middle silencer) delete.
Sounds so much better and really enjoyed it.. sadly due to some financial issues, car will be up for sale now

So did you have it fitted?.. do you like it?
I'm liking mine more and more since first fitted

Next thing for me: a remap !! - 250bhp

I never knock it into manual by accident, but mine does suffer from the wooden boat creaking sound too. At slow speeds over bumps

I also found out that remapping for this car is slowly becoming more available, apparently some 40bhp and 100nm torque can be unleashed without any extra mods!!

For those who have their new cars, have you noticed a big exhaust sound difference with older models without the OPF/ GPF fitted?

Start/stop, a real headache ... I work for a hire company and we have had about 15-20 VW sharans go back under warranty because of the start stop failing. Car would stop and engine goes off (ie. at traffic) and then won't start again. Failures happened within first two years and at around 60k miles!...
