i thought so, but in 0 position the rear light and license plate light are off

haha i thought so because i saw the same name on an dutch forum.
I speak dutch to so i thought it would be easier for me in dutch, but so far im doing it miraculous well.

I have an polo 6c with DRL and cornering lights. Headlights are full led.
At the moment DRL is on in every position ( adapted by previous owner )
I was wondering if someone can guide me in how to:

in 0 position DRL off
in city light position DRL on
in low beam DRL off

if not possible then just ...
