Changing headlight wiring to have DRL

Hi
I have a 2003 Polo. Right now if engine is off and I turn the round switch, lights go on and buzzer rings.

In Switzerland we are obliged to have either DRL or headlights on even during the day.

Is there a way to rewire the circuit so one can leave the switch always on and the headlights would ...
