Sounds to me like something other than the gas pressure, 'not working sunday but monday ok' would indicate that the gas is ok as the compressor only kicks in if pressure is ok (assuming you can hear the comp click when it activates?)
Might also be worth having a look at the a/c sensors and wiring ...

Re: Help! Drivers seatbelt wont pull out
Have you looked at the reel itself to make sure that it has not got out of level? It might have come slightly loose and the continual pulling caused it to move further, could be a simple and cheap fix if so.
Hope it is this and let us know.

Re: Link between engine light and faulty stop/start function?
Daughters car had the same warning light and no S/S and VW changed the turbo actuator arm under warranty which cured it. They did say this is a known fault and any further problem they would change the turbo . (Stage one was clean/ lubricate the arm, two was change the arm and three change the turbo ...

Re: Water in Drivers Footwell 1.2 Match 2016
Hi Craig,
I got what you said, you mean that although the carpet is wet in the footwell it is dry near the pedals (so you don't think it is running down from there).
Couple of additional things to look at which might help,
When you had the hose on the car did you try the side of the car ? It could ...

OP, try going to autobulbsdirect.co.uk and put your reg into the box and it will tell you exactly which to buy for your car. Hope that helps you sort it.

Re: DSG recall 2008 to 2015?
Seems to be some confusion about this, other make forums are saying it only Australian cars as indicated in the article although difficult to see why the their DSG would be different from Europe.

Re: Changing headlight bulb ISSUE 6R 2010 Polo
Why go to the extra expense of getting an adaptor (if there is one!) why not just accept it, keep the H7 until one of them goes and go and get the H4 you need. Surely it is better to have the right bulb in the headlight?

Re: Can I retrofit tilting curb mirror on 2015 Polo Match
Not sure if you can do it on VW but it can be done with Audi using carista or other coding device. Might be worth looking into on the Carista site as it give s a list of mods available for each make.

Re: 6C front passenger door won't open from inside
Hi,
Seems to me that it is a mechanical failure between the inside handle and the actual lock. Could be the cable or pull rod jammed. The inside handle is separate from the outside handle mechanism on the lock so that could account for being able to open from outside but not inside. Has the inside ...

Re: Error: Start-stop system/air conditioning failure
My daughters 2017 tfsi recently came up with the stop/ start error and it turned out to be the turbo actuator arm. I understand from VW that this is a common and known fault, but not sure how the stop start links to Air con??
Have you had it scanned to see what fault codes come up?
Hope this helps.

Re: Tyres
Good choice, 'A' rated for grip/braking in the wet and 'A' for noise, not so good for economy but always a compromise somewhere.
