Not sure about the first bit but yes you can make the windows roll up or down with the key in the lock (Doesn't do the alarm though!)

The costs would indeed be astronomical. There is a chap registered on Tyresmoke who has a 6N2 with a 1.8T transplant and has been busy working on 4WD running gear...

Centres have been sprayed silver with a mirror polished lip, on the whole there very clean, no curbing etc…however there are a few chips on the centre cap hex. Would look good on a mk3 or very low mk4!!
