So after many more frustrated days driving with the noise I took apart all the plastic covers surrounding the seatbelt adjuster and down by the drivers seat. All gentle of course haha. I pulled apart ...

Have you tried any fixes? Or can you live with it. I honestly cant stand it. How something so simple can ruin the whole experience Haha

Hi all. Does anyone else have an issue with the seat belt adjuster rattling? I've got a polo GTI plus. Like a ticking/clicking noise. I've tried the krytox lubricant stuff for door seals, searching the web suggested it could be that. Nope so £45 out of pocket on that. Only had the car couple of ...

Yeah I've been worrying abit about the mooing noise myself Vonbek. Keeping my fingers crossed I dont develop it.

Do you have any tips on how to avoid or stop it? Or do you just live with it?

Yeah I think that's what he did! So yes very lucky. Was reading some dreadfully long lead times.

Yeah they are the standard 17" parker's. Read that they make the ride slightly more comfortable and come with better Michelin primacy 3 tyres. Also I do like the look of them too.

Finally picked up my GTI plus yesterday! Amazing car.
Ordered Feb 8th, recieved June 18th. Long wait but definitely worth it.

Yeah I agree. I think ours are going to be loaded onto the 'weser highway' if you look at its past travel, it's back and forth from grimsby port. Also checking live map, it looks docked for loading

Just a quick update for you on my original post.

Got the text today, moved to stage 5b. It's on the way to the UK.
So looks like things are beginning to move again. Hope this helps anyone who is also wondering just wth is going on.

I purchased my car from Bolton ( so greater Manchester. North West) does that mean it will come from Tyne?

I'm just wondering how long it would take to arrive in the UK from germany. I found out today my new polo gti plus is stuck at the port of exit in Germany. Does anyone know how long it would take, once Germany begins shipping again?

My car has been built and is now in transit. So I assume on the ship as we speak. Just worried it might be delayed getting into the UK.

Does anyone think this virus will cause ports to shut or delay importation?

My plan is after taking delivery I'm going to take it for a drive around in rush hour traffic. Will be varying the revs and speed quite abit doing that.
