u need 16v hubs, calipers, carriers to get on 256mm from the polo 16v

pretty much the same as mk5 GTI brakes...altho the discs may be thicker from what i remember (25mm instead of 16v 20mm)

16v brakes are pretty crap IMO...get G60 carriers and upgrade to 280x22mm brakes...miles better!!!

u can get a red filter version from one of the older seats...think it may be the ibiza

IIRC the petrol light is only on late 97 onwards cars (R onwards)

fitting the closure module to a mk4 aint a simple job if u aint done it b4...

sounds like ur module only switches one wire to live, so u need a couple of 5 pin changeover relays to do the earth as it is not fixed

check porka.net in the tech section for a post about this...long explanations are there

pretty straight forward to change....aint got to drain all the coolant just the header tank

then IIRC all u need is a 10mm socket and ratchet!

leave the car to idle for a while and the temp shud stick to 90 but the fan shud come on after a while...in this cold weather it may take some revving to get the fan to come on tho

random high fuel consumption is usually down to a faulty lambda sensor
