As I said. I don't know if it's worth it. I was just curious if it was possible and whether it yielded any improvements.

6R H4 halogen to H7/H7 6R halogen conversion.
So I just found out there are H7 H7 headlights on polo 6Rs. Naturally I googled them and found it to look exactly like the single H4 headlight. This would be the H7/H7 housing Screenshot_20210306-183141_OLXro.jpg And this would be the H4 housing I have on my car. Screenshot_20210306-183235_OLXro.jpg...

Re: Phone space behind cupholders
may be worth looking into it. I think it should be pretty easy to hook up a wireless charger to the back of it and have your phone be charged while in that clip.

Re: 6c rear bumper on 6r model
yes you can. You will have to change the bumper carriers under the taillights.
their part numbers are 6C6807393B and 6C6807394B for all 6C models except Bluemotion, R-Line and BlueGT.
i don't know about the parking sensors. I'm pretty sure you can transfer them from one bumper to another.

Re: WRC Bumper on a GTI
Hi guys I’m new here. I’ve got a polo GTI 6R and I’m desperate for the WRC style front bumper but can’t find one anywhere. Anyone know where I can get one or know someone who is selling one ? Preferably UK based. Thanks. maybe source a WRC VIN and go to the dealer and order a bumper for it. I don't...

Re: Polo 6R/6C Photo Gallery
It's already rusted lol, you just can't see the rust because of the filters. I will eventually get to replacing it with an OEM in-bumper camera. The bumper already has the hole above the license plate so why not use it.

Re: Tune chips for TDI engines. Are they any good?
I don't think any tunning box can help you a lot with that, though. Chips for TDI engines usually connect to the boost sensor and fuel pressure sensor. Basically, they fool the ECU into making more boost and injecting more fuel. For me, it felt like the engine was more 'torquey' at more or less all...

Re: Tune chips for TDI engines. Are they any good?
I tried a tune box on my 1.4 TDI, also 75hp. I could feel the difference, especially on takeovers on the highway. Overall, it was a good experience, but I ended up returning the chip, because I wasn't 100% happy with the throttle response. My two cents: if you're buying the chip from a serious comp...

Is there any way to get 12V from the light switch?
As the title says, I was wondering if there is any way to get power from the light switch. I was looking into buying RGB LEDs for the footwells and found this kit online with 4 rgb strips for each seat and a remote to change colors. This would be plugged into the cigar lighter socket, but I currentl...
