Re: Any SEL Owners?
Maybe check your shock absorbers. The ride is a little bit rougher with 214 45 16 tires but not that bad, at least not for me. It was pretty tough before changing the shocks tho.

Re: Is the 6C fromt bumper the same as the 6R GTI?
They do seem DYI-able. I think I might upgrade to a 6C front bumper and maybe I'll order some cheap fakes of Aliexpress to test. If this was that easy I feel like most enthusiasts that own a polo would do it so I'm not sure about it.

Is the 6C fromt bumper the same as the 6R GTI?
The bumpers look pretty similar while the prices are everything but that.
Could one buy a standard 6C front bumper and install 6R GTI grills?

9N cross side mirror on a normal 9N
Are the electric mirrors with the turn signal incorporated from a 9n cross the same as the ones on a 9n? Are they compatible?

Thanks. The coding was accepted and everything seems to be working correctly.

Re: Upgrading from drums to discs.
I will come back with the complete answer in a few hours since I don't have a VCDS cable myself and have to go to my friend to use it.
The only thing I know is that it's an ESP8.2i module. I'm not sure if this is the type that you mentioned.

Re: Upgrading from drums to discs.
And I saw there is some coding necessary, but I didn't really understand it.
What should byte 2 and 10 be changed to?
Currently they are both 24 on my car.

Upgrading from drums to discs.
I am going to upgrade from drums to discs in the near future and was wondering if the brake lines need changing or the original ones are long enough.
Also I know I need to change the handbrake, but I don't know the part number for the new one.

Re: Engine, EPC, ESP and Tire puncture. Shaking.
Could also be an abs sensor on one of the wheels
On a second read, I don't know if that would cause the car to shake. I have seen those lights come on when an abs sensor was bad tho
Edit: NVM when the abs sensor is bad the steering wheel light comes on not the EPC.

Re: Turn signal bulb that is not orange on the outside.
Just installed the Philips Silver Vision and I would say the difference is pretty major. There is still some orange being reflected. I would say the bulbs are 95% chrome and 5% orange. Tbh I think the little orange that is reflected in the housing is only visible when viewing it from straight on and...

Re: POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.
I'm also pretty skeptical about them. ~200 euro seems a bit too good for a complete kit . Was curious if anyone got them and if they had problems.

Re: POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.
I'm gonna steal this for a sec, but are these kind of packages good? Do they have everything you need to install heated seats? Also are heated seats compatible with every polo? Are there any bcm restrictions or anything like that? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32854070111.html?spm=a2g0s.8937460.0....
