is there a chance for a pseudo-tutorial after the full installation is complete? Love the Passat seats, but always thought they wont fit. Curious what modifications were needed for this retrofit.

I've noticed an increased difficulty when trying to get moving in 1st gear. Basically feels like I'm trying to start in 2nd. I have to rev the engine a lot, then the car kinda starts moving then the revs drop to idle as I continue to release the clutch and finally everything is normal as I fully dep...

1.2TDI The plastic housing of the oil filter cracked after the gasket somehow expanded and pushed against it. Auxiliary water pump stopped working shorty after. My climatronic started to act up. It would start 5 minutes after I turned it on and the speed would fluctuate a lot. Sometimes it would not...

Coming from a B5 Passat it felt like I was on a booster seat . Took a while to get used to it. Always felt like the mirror was in my way.
I got used to it tho and know I don't have a problem anymore. Still have to duck to look for pedestrians on the right side of the road tho

They look very very clean and very high quality. I'm sure people would buy them if you managed to advertise them enough. At what price would you sell them?

rear bumpers are cheap on the second hand market. Maybe you can source one with the same color as yours. I'm not sure that damage is worth fixing tbh. Maybe just tie it up with some zip ties until you get a replacement one...

I don't know about passat but I'm pretty sure A1 seats from the same year fit straight up. Also I heard stories about mk6 golf gti seats being fitted, but I don't have any evidence.

Is there a tutorial on this forum about how to wire rear speakers in a 6R? Or if anyone knows how to do it and has the time to explain it would be greatly appreciated. I know what the overall route for the wires should be I just don't really know where they should be connected. I never did any audio...

I assume this one would be compatible? It's advertised as coming from a mk6 golf. Would that be any different from the 6R one?
