I assume you meant 6C0945106A and 6C0945105A? Just making sure.

I got a 6C gti bumper and it doesn't have the rear reflectors and can't find gti specific ones.

Re: LED headlamp mod
So basically I'm kind of on the same journey of upgrading the headlights and taillights on my 6R and this is what I've learned. The connectors for the headlights differ between cars that come with xenon headlights from the factory and cars that come with halogens. The halogens have a 10pin connector...

Re: What type of headlight connector is this?
Oh yes. I googled some aftermarket hid conversion kits and found that exact connector. Thanks.SimonPoole wrote: ↑Sat Dec 12, 2020 1:09 pm Looks like an aftermarket connector.
Perhaps the seller has modified the lights to fit an aftermarket HID kit or something like that?

Re: What type of headlight connector is this?
Basically you have two types of connectors for the OEM headlights, 10 or 14 pin. You have halogen headlights so you'll have the 10 pin connector. What the aftermarket headlights have, is a guess but mostly they have a 10 pin as well. So you say these are not OEM? It's not really a problem for me. I...

What type of headlight connector is this?
Hello, Today I found these headlights for a pretty cheap price and I'm thinking of buying them before they get sold, but I have a question regarding the connector. These are the headlights from the front. 20201212_131632.jpg And these are the headlights from the back. 20201212_131704.jpg I've circle...

Re: Does this bumper fit on a standard 6R?
Dope. Do you, by any chance have the part number for the bumper carrier? Don't really know how to google for it in my language. Also, I assume it's the same carrier for the standard 6c and 6c gti?

Does this bumper fit on a standard 6R?
Hi,
This guys claims this fits a polo 6R, but looks like it's a 6C bumper.
I want to install a 6R GTI bumper on my Polo and I can only find bumpers for 6C.

Re: Outside wheel skipping when accelerating in a corner.
it just cuts off my power. It doesn't really have enough power to spin the wheels without esp off. When the car is driven normally it runs just fine. I think it may have been an isolated incident because I drove it pretty hard tonight and it was fine.

Re: Outside wheel skipping when accelerating in a corner.
Isn't this just wheel hop? I get this on my 2017 1.2TSI even on the slightest bit or urgency. Always the left front and on both worn and brand new tyres (215/40/17). I heard that replacing the dogbone mount inserts help prevent/reduce this. I've been after the Vibratechnics mount (all rubber, not p...

Outside wheel skipping when accelerating in a corner.
I don't even know how to tell the story without sounding stupid so I'll just explain the steps. The road is wet from the melting snow. Turn off ESP. Turn the wheel to the left around 90-120 degrees. Floor it. The outside wheel started to skip/bounce mid turn. I've done this with other cars, even on ...
