i bet its the front anti-roll bar hitting the chassis!! my polo did this too! if u look under the car just in behind the front wheel where the anti-roll bar D bushes are then u may see a small dent in the chassis just above the bar! the dent will be about half the size of a green pea! lol if u raise...
