is the sticking brake not just that cant see a abs sensor having an effect on the brakes sticking
jack it up and strip the brakes down then go from there

is this the full ABS assy needing replaced

cleaned throttle body with carb clean and fault came back after a few runs
same error code ,me maybe get a TB and try it before the winter

I was wrong code came back do you need to program a new throttle valve module

I took some Carb cleaner to the idle valve and yes it was dirty ,

no code returned

thanks to everyone that added comment but the garage cleared it when I went to pick the car up and did not charge me

maybe to do with my vag com lite

no lights on now also cleaned the butterfly flap on the throttle body and no error codes came back

I have tried to clear my airbag light with vag come lite but put the polo in for MOT and the garage cleared it with their Bosch system

does any know why it would clear with their system and not mine

HI All Thanks for the info ,would you believe that every component I removed at least one of the bolts were seized or rounded also the drive shaft was seized in the hub.I had to get a drop link and a new bottom ball joint and a new CV joint as trying to get the CV joint out the threads were damaged ...

does this mean a error with the air bag controller

what would bring the air bag light on

I have a error code 16891 Idle control system RPM higher than expected

I can clear it with vag com lite but once my son drives the car comes back

When the airbag light is on is the fault on the passenger side or the whole system
cannot communicate with Airbag ECM with vag com lite that is what me thinks its the ECM

any ideas

the airbag light is on in the dash,the one that looks like a seat belt

does it mean there is a fault with the passenger airbag or a fault with the air bag system

not sure now
