Re: Nithish's Polo 6R(Ameo) 1.5TDI
nice mini sedan , very interesting variation of polo. if you want to retrofit direct tpms you will need to update your instruments to 07xx or later. you can use 0729 firmware from amarok 2h0. just dit it on my toledo, I have an issue with my mfsw but it is SEAT related, otherwise it is ok Also I hav...

Re: Dashboard swap! Seat Toledo Instrument Cluster on Cross Polo 6R
I restored even the whole eeprom backup but still the same , works only on phone menu.
Don't know exactly what to change for that.
If I remember correctly you have access to VDO editor, any change that it has any options for that ?

Re: Dashboard swap! Seat Toledo Instrument Cluster on Cross Polo 6R
I need help from the masters ! long story sort .... I updated my toledo's 6JA SW:711 cluster with amarok 2H0 SW:729. The problem is that the mfsw’s right wheel that used to control up and down on MFD screen does not work, it works only in the phone menu. All other buttons work ok, everything else s...

Re: Seat Toledo 1.6 TDI - PQ25 BCM Max + Other Mods
I didn't remember the exact link but you found it anyway, so I call it a win ! Thanks for posting. But still I wasn't able to see the mirror do it's thing. I solved all the minor issues with the lights and the switch. Now I am looking for any kind of label file or info on how to code my 5k7 RLHS cor...

Re: Seat Toledo 1.6 TDI - PQ25 BCM Max + Other Mods
Yes, everything you explain about the behavior of lights and warning in the IC on HBA is normal. "You should install the 7E0 stalks" ... and fix the mirror issue (install a proper one or flash the current one). I was never able to find a flash file for HBA-mirrors, so I would be very grat...

Re: Seat Toledo 1.6 TDI - PQ25 BCM Max + Other Mods
Yes, the 5GG light switch is inappropriate. If it is one of those used on the MQB platform, you will have problems with the fog lights, it use the same pin for both F&R fog lights, and you need a light switch for PQ25 that uses one pin for each fog light. Don't forget to enable BCM adaptation c...

Re: Seat Toledo 1.6 TDI - PQ25 BCM Max + Other Mods
Hi everyone ! Finally I was able to allocate some time to work on the bcm conversion and fix some other things OMG ! it was a very time consuming process and definitely not for the faint hearted. . spaghetti.jpg . Because I am a tall guy the option to remove everything instead of crawling underneath...

Re: Seat Toledo 1.6 TDI - PQ25 BCM Max Upgrade
Hello , firmware for the Toledo 6JA instruments are not available in public. You need 705 or latest for the TPMS to work if I am not mistaken. I think that there is a newer version available in public from 6R0 or 6RU instruments. You can flash it with odis engineering or vcp , and you may need to ed...

Re: Seat Toledo 1.6 TDI - PQ25 BCM Max Upgrade
I played with the eeprom today, for the assistants menu to show up I had to disable the PDC menu bit that was on by default. (Even with that on PDC menu wasn't available anyways) The Assistants menu appeared but after a while the menu disappears untill you cycle ignition off/on. Maybe some internal ...

Re: Seat Toledo 1.6 TDI - PQ25 BCM Max Upgrade
Any chance that the culprit is the 7H0 bcm that I have ? Yes. At least for the TPMS. You need a 7E0 with a current date, or from 7E0 937 090B -->C/D/E. You must be able to enable address 65 in the BCM MAX Gateway installation list. TPMS is working fine on my 7H0 937 090D , the psi status dissapeare...
