Cluster swap
I have a 2012 diesel Polo and I have just installed right side buttons on my steering wheel. All buttons work great, the trip buttons work and cycle through, but the left and right buttons don't do anything. I understand these buttons are for a MFA+ cluster which I don't have, I just have the ...

Re: Steering wheel swap
Ok that seems like too much hassle for my liking. I'm having a hard time finding a steering wheel anyway so I'm just going to stick with what I have.
I don't know if I have mentioned it but my cruise control buttons don't work on my stalk and now the buttons in my steering wheel are starting to ...

Re: Steering wheel swap
Thought I would just post here instead of making a whole new thread.
From what I understand, I can also fit a steering wheel from a Golf Mk6 with buttons on both sides.
The only downside to this is that the buttons on the right control the board computer and this will interfere with the buttons on ...

Steering wheel swap
I have 2012 1.6 TDI with a multifunction steering wheel (left side only) and one of the buttons is on its way out. Instead of replacing just the buttons, I was thinking of replacing the whole wheel but one that looks a bit more appealing (think gti).
What options do I have where I can do just a ...

low beam problems
Hey guys,
So I have a 2012 TDI polo and it's getting on my last wick. A while ago I was driving to work at night and I noticed that the left hand side beam wasn't working. High beam also wouldn't go on either. I have xenon headlamps and a retrofitted auto light thingy that uses the light sensor on ...

Retrofitting courtesy lights
Hey all,
Had anyone successfully installed courtesy lights? I think that's the name...it shines a light (or logo) onto the ground when the door is open.
I have a 2012 1.6 TDI polo and would love to have these lights. I understand that there is nothing there to begin with to replace so I'd have to ...

Auto lights for 2012 polo with bi xenons
Hey guys,
So I was driving my husband's car and I miss having auto lights. I had them in my old golf and I thought they were fabulous.
My polo on the other hand doesn't have them and it's so annoying having to turn them on and off when there's a tunnel coming (and there's loads of tunnels where I ...

Re: 6c rear bumper on 6r model
Sorry for the late reply, but thank you for the part numbers! I was just about to make another thread and totally forgot I made this one a few weeks back. Been searching for the brackets but no clue what ones I need. Can have a good rummage now, thanks again

6c rear bumper on 6r model
Hey guys,
I've been looking to see if it's possible to have the facelift bumper on my 6r model. From what I've seen so far it seems possible but what baffles me is the parking sensors.
The sensors on my car seem to be lower on the bumper than on the facelift. My question is, are the parking ...
