Re: 2022 GTI Dashboard rattle - GOD HELP US - UPDATE FIXED!
Good job finding the problem ... I have a bit of rattle, not annoying me this much ... But good to know, when I'll get a tool for removing plastic cover, I'll try to fill some foam or ruber on it

Re: Part differences on the facelift GTI?
I've checked some mainstream tuners in Europe (BR Perf, Shiftech, whatever ...) : They are still in dev/cracking the ECU for the facelift Polo
The only way now is to use custom ECU and rewire everything ... The spark/coil/hardware stuff is second to that, tuners will try the existing parts from VW ...

I'm not enginer at all ... When I search the parts between those 2 engines, they are not the same ... So there is a reason lol, and it depends of the power they developp as well ...

Re: Part differences on the facelift GTI?
MPI port gone on EA 888 Gen 4, bigger pressure on the fuel injection, AVS system so the camshaft completely different ... It's more an upgraded Gen 3 non B ... DSG7 (DQ38X), bigger continental raax turbo/garrett (it's more garrett, only the golf 8 has the bigger raax)
Rest is same ... Except the ...

Re: Front brake replacement GTI
Hi, most of the website have a car selector and provide compatible parts.
As for my ride, I've changed my worn out front brakes with brembo disks (prime) and Bosch pads. Both oem parts, they have only one for this specific Polo/A1 on the 2.0 TSI
In a few kilometers, It'll certainly try Bilstein B4 ...

Re: Fuel consumption
DSG in non eco mode will have braking engine, but they have less compared to manual gearbox
If you put the DSG in Drive + Eco , your wheels won't have any

Re: Mk6.5 Polo Gti Tuning/Mapping
Since it's the Gen 4, it would go higher than our old Gen 3B. Keep in mind it's the small RAAX turbo unlike the Golf 8 (Gen4) with the bigger RAAX and better cooling ...

Re: GTI - Removing opf/gpf but staying with the cat
Each time you do a opf/gpf delete, you need to flash the ECU, either to cut the sensor warning or to tell sensor how to see the value from the gaz temp without the opf/gpf ...
If you only want the pop from the orignal phase 1 without opf/gpf natively, you better find the old ones from 2017-2018 ...

Re: Stage 3
You can't, there are mechanicals parts forcing the budack cycle, even the golf 7 with the 3B perf version has less potential. You better try your luck with the facelift (ea 888 gen 4) or swap the whole engine with the old GEN3 performance ... With the gen 3 with mpi ports, you can perform the bi ...

Re: 2023 polo gti 7 speed dsg
My 2 cents : Maybe tell your mapper to put less torque or limit it at least for the 1st-3rd gear and ofc the dsg need to be tuned for what you ask ... It's pointless to burn or to kill your current or next dsg unit xD

Re: Limited slip diff - Polo AW GTI 6spd manual 2019 - where to buy?
Hey, looks like you have a MQ350 according to this blog : https://polo.blue/6-speed-manual-transmission-mq350-qqr-0a8/
You should be able to check if your mq's ref is matching with him, then you can start asking your tuner if he can find something torsen or wavetrac like lsd
Edit : Wavetrac ...
