Re: Bumper Protector
I also have a bumper protector, along with a door sill protector. Mine are both clear, though. I liked it a bit more that way, as a dark color, like carbon, is a lot more contrasting to my silver car. The one in the door sill is almost invisible in the picture.

Re: How to run in new car?
Real paint and keyless are extras.
Hopefully added to our new Polo this past week Build Week 6
Oh right, completely forgot about that..
It's a nice gimmick to have. Together with Keyless entry I often never take my key out of my pocket anymore. GF hates it though, as it often means she's ...

Re: How to run in new car?
Congrats, looks great! The color and the wheels do go perfect together!
Question though, it appears your key is hanging from the side of the steering column and I see no 'start engine' button. Does your polo not have push to start?

Re: How can we check our PPF levels?
Out of curiosity, why would you want to monitor your PPF levels? As mentioned previously, when it happens, it happens. There's not much for you to worry about, right?

Re: Software Update - any issues?
I've had the ‘Software Update available’ prompt a couple of times now (in recent weeks) and each time I've pressed to OK it... nothing then happens!
For me i've always had to press OK when standing still. So start the update after you've come to a standstill. After pressing OK, i think you ...

Re: Software Update - any issues?
The update is only for your infotainment system. So bug fixes, speed improvements, etc. Changes nothing to the driving of the car. I've done them all, and although nothing has majorly improved, nothing has broken either. I have to say, nothing was broken for me anyways, but bug fixes should always ...

Re: Polo reliability and the latest What Car report
Well my Polo -18 that I bought used had issue with the gearbox (reverse synchron ring worn). Got it swapped on warranty to a used one.I feel like the swapped gearbox is having the tendancy to the same issue sometimes. So now I just wait like 1-2 extra second before putting gear in reverse. Will ...

Re: Discover Navigation Pro - worth it?
IIRC the facelift, no matter which stereo you choose, will have wireless carplay and so on. The problem is, whilst wireless is great coupled with a wireless charger, that music quality is compromised. So it all depends on what you value most.
Oh and also, when I use both google maps and ...

1.0 TSI sport chassis springs part numbers wanted
Hey guys,
I just got my 2022 Polo style delivered. Lovely car all around, but a little high on its feet to my liking. I don't want to go to H&R or Eibach springs as honestly it's a highway traveller, so the comfort of OEM springs are quite to my liking. I am interested in the OEM sport chassis ...

Has anyone got any info on this? Can't find itAndyGTi wrote: Wed May 04, 2022 7:16 pm Just been watching Polo GTI review filmed in middle of the day and the light strip was On. I seem to recall that I heard on one review, that there is an option within menu to set it, so I think you can have it on or off depending on your choice.

Re: 2022 Polo Led Strip DRL
So I might be one of the minority that likes the LED bar, and would be interested in having it on for DRL as well.
Can't find it on the forum though.. so if anyone has a link
