Transition of gearbox may take some getting used to, car feels really solid. Great suspension, don’t feel the speed bumps like you did on the older generation.

Only issue i’ve seen so far is the carplay sidebar is on the left for LHD cars, may ring up and ask them to code it to the other side for RHD

Oh brilliant. I've had a look at the vehicle carriers leaving emden and there's a couple arriving in the UK tomorrow. Hopefully our cars are on there!

Just had an email saying my Car that was being built on the 19th September is now in transit to the UK. The excitement is building up

Ordered a Polo GTI on the 8th July, had a call last week saying my unconfirmed build week should be 38, so the 19th September.
