Wiper, door lock, indicators not working

I got a wiper fault error on my dash while driving then the indicators, wipers and door locks stopped working. Interestingly enough, when I go over a hump or rough terrain, it works intermittently and I can hear the door locks locking and unlocking.

Model: 2014 Polo 1.2 Tsi (CJZ) manual.
