You probably has a wrong firmware flashed to your dsg tcu. Wrong firmware can cause jerking and rough gear changing. Firmware depends on VAG brand/model / engine displacement and gearbox model. Find a VAG specialistto help you

I am having the same issue currently. Did u solved it? Can i know how?
Same car, polo gti 6r. When measured, the connector to the solenoid is shorted thus it keeps supplying 12v to activate the solenoid. Right now i disconnected the connector as temporary solution

I am planning to diy this on my own too.for installing the large bush,can i know exactly the size of the socket needed to press the bush?from what i read the socket has to be exactly align to the metal ring of the bush to avoid damage to rubber

Just to update, i found out what is wrong.the wiring in the window switch’s connector was tampered with. Front window Left(t10j/6) and right ...

so as i suspected, the car had both driver side front and driver rear door changed.but a lower spec polo's doors was used.as a result, i have this issues
1)no heating/ folding function due to no wiring & inferior WRM
2)no safelock due to no wiring & inferior door lock module

yes i am interested to do this too. my 6R Polo Gti came with RLS(1K0 955 559 AH) and BCM Max. wonder will it work if i just put in a new switch with auto option, or does extra wiring needed

Hi.any tips on how to differentiate between an autofolding side mirror vs non auto-fold for polo 6R?
Due to budget constraint, i am currently looking for a pair of used side mirrors.
I got confused looking by the part number. Is an 8-wired side mirror always an autofolding mirror?

anyone have any idea?right now my temporary solution is by checking "Lamp Diagnostics for Taillights Inactive" option

what you're describing works prefectly fine for an MQB based 6C but will not work on the 6R. that must be done via long coding. i'm sure vcds has a label for that.


Is that done via Byte 18 then for the 6R?

Cant find much regarding coding in individual LED bulbs just replacing the light ...

i installed LED bulb in my tail light.got light error code. looking to set it in BCM as proper LED bulb. i have VCDS but 09 byte 19 only have option for License Plate light LED.
please help.
