I also hardwired my dashcam I had 3 wires
I have red on F24, yellow on F48 and black I simply attached to a bolt on the chassis next to the fuse box.

Yeah luckily in Belgium that is nog a problem! As long as the catalytic converter is on and the value`s are good it's no problem here!

Yeah i already was afraid of that!
I have also seen that for some cars there is a module, which plugs into the original plugs and no ECU tuning is required. Hopefully something like this will come soon for the Polo GTI!

Here in Belgium/Netherlands they are not so strict about that! They don't measure the OPF.
As long as I have a catalyst and the values are okay, it's fine.
About the warranty, the car is now 4 months old, it would be a shame if I lose my warranty because of this!
