Sorry, just reread! The plastic trim is held on by a single bolt, but Torx. These are Allen heads.

Hi All, I had to remove the dash on my 2012 GTI. Millions of same size screws, except for 2 bolts. Guess what I’ve got left over - yep, the 2 bolts.

Just purchased a 2012 GTI, and at 1k RPM there is a sort of resonance though the car. I thought the worse and replaced the water pump/supercharger clutch assembly thinking it was the magnetic clutch kicking in at this RPM, but just the same!

In the UK and have just purchased a 2012 GTI, and noticed that the only digital speed readout is the small one at the bottom. I do not have a multifunction steering wheel.

Am I missing a large digital readout? Also, can I change KPH to MPH on the digital speed, being ...
