air flow flap motor? U mean the throttle butterfly? Itl just need cleaned out, I'v NEVER replaced a throttle body on a gti!! Wont b seized either, its a motor, not a cable activated!

as said, clean the throttle body out and carry out the basic settings, best done with vas 5051, can b done with vagcom 2 i think

Hay peeps, i wana fit 14x8's to my mk4 16v with a 60mm drop, wot ET should i go for? and will they scrub like a b***h? thanx folks!!
