I have the exact same thing on my late 2020 Polo.

I can hear it most in town when at ~17mph and the DSG decides to stay in 2nd (right on the cusp before switching to 3rd). It annoys me enough to give a little gas to "force" the upshift to 3rd.

Mine does it when under load the loudest so when you hit say third gear especially going up a hill.
