My 2002 1.4tdipd Polo has disc brakes on the rear wheels why are VW fitting brake drums on the rear wheels on the latest Polos.

Anyone know of the Part No. of the oil filter for the POLO 1.4 tdi pd engine. I presume the number will be the same for VW, SKODA and SEAT 1.4 tdi pd engines.
