Dude, I totally get the bouncy ride issue after lowering! My old car felt like a bobblehead on uneven roads. For the Polo, I'd lean towards Koni for better dampening, especially if you're hitting "bottom out" territory. Just doing the fronts should be fine for now, but eventually matching the rears ...
