My Jetex panel filter added 3bhp to standard hp as I found out much to my surprise before I got my remap. Induction kits are a waste of time, it's sucking in warm engine air. panel filter is the job.

I was able to change mine without taking off the fuel filter, if you just loosen it you can manoevure [sp] around it. Took me about 35 mins to fit mine in the fuckin rain.

I got my 1.4 TDi remapped there last week, I paid £180 which included a before and after rolling road done. First out was 78bhp, 3 up on standard with my panel filter. Bhp went from 78 - 101 and my torque went from 153 lb/fts to 180 lb/fts. Car is now far smoother to drive and pulls on well through...

195/45/16 Avon ZW3s I have on my car were £36 a corner. They have shown very little tyre wear even with my aggressive driving.

I was going to get one of these, but the "trim noise" comment above has put me off for life! A strut brace helps the tri m creaking, but the dash is still very noisy on occasion. anything that contributes is a big NO! I am also put off by the extra noise. I think coilovers are a major fac...

changing a drivers side headlight bulb

I have a blown headlight on the drivers side on a 1.4 TDi; do I need to loosen off the fuel filter to get to the back of the lamp?
