Lowering Problem
Hi all,
I've lowered my car on coilovers and for some reason when i turn full lock either way in reverse, the car feels like its skipping.
I thought it could be the stress on the drive shaft or maybe lowering the car has knocked out the alignment.
Anyone have an idea what this could be?

It's harder because it's plastic. I'm guessing your talking about a boot flush? a typical one is metal so you can weld a plate to it, fibre glass, filler, boom! Too be honest i'd let a bodyshop do it. They know what to look for when smoothing it off. Takes a hell of alot of practice to get it right....

Hi Dan. To get rid of the eggy smell all you need to do it clean the air conditioning. Wasn't the warmest summer this year so i bet it was hardly used. If you don't use your air con bacteria builds up and causes that funny smell. Easy to fix, halfords sell an air con cleaner, if you got to a superst...

rear brake calipers
i've just brought some front and rear disk and brake pads from VW. while fitting them the front went on fine with no probles. the problem i'm getting is on the rear caliper. the part that pushes the brake pads onto the disk won't move back to clear enough room to get around the new pads. the hand br...

its all about hand polish, none of that eletrick s**t! Thats just cheating! To be honest i think the meguiars is the best, but as i work at halfords its the 'new thing' as we have just started to stock it. Still giving the Auto Glym a try. can't be too biased. And definately gonna give the zymol a t...
