Polo 9n Genuine VW Roof Rack/Bars

Hiya,
I have a set of these, in the box, with instructions. I bought them a while ago, never fitted but they were on a previous owners car for abuot 2 weeks.

£40 ono East London

Pick-Up preferred but I do travel around a lot so worth an ask.

I put TT Comp's on my 9n almost 2 years ago, apart from at a show with these people there, I havent seen any on a 9n and I do 20k a year around London and Reading. Originality vs Looks. Looks first but originallity is not comprimised with decent after markets. Original were some trims... Anyway, low...

Hello all, Sorry to drag this back from the past... Mine is well shot, its either on fire or freezing and since I now only use it for long distance driving, its a right pain in the bottom, (and ears, as the missus is not pleased!) Does anyone have a good (DIY) fix for this? If its a motor then can i...

I got the same note and got it changed even though I was only 3k miles shy of the 60. Last thing you want is for it to break. £££££. I was quoted £400 by my VW dealer in Reading. Since its no longer under warranty I took it to the local VW specialist who did it for £240. This was on my 1.4TDi...

GT Dizzy

Hello All, I am new to this forum as I have just bought a nice little GT, its actually fairly beat up and broken but we shall rat it and all will be well. Its not running, AA claim a dizzy fault, i assume its the hall sender. Does anyone have one for the multi point GT or know of any other cars that...

Edition 38

Hello,
I am just wondering if many people are heading to 38, would be cool to have an area in the campsite full of Polo's and maybe put some faces to names etc.

Never been before but I love shows, been to All Types, RTTS and other non VW shows and track days this year.

Cheers for the info!!! Doesnt sound too bad, will have a bash this week.

I was quoted £200 by a garage to do it, I have built a few mini's and played with all sorts of cars so I'm confident I can do it. No need to spend money if I dont have to.

PS Handbags down.

Had a go at doing it myself tonight, got the rears on no probs but the fronts look a bit trickier. Might be a garage job.

Is it best to take the springs off the top or the bottom?

Looks good at the back though.
