I have a kid with just 1 year old, and things became a little tight on back seat (wife+kid+child seat).
The natural option was a Golf, but insurance rates are too high here for Golfs.
Then I found this Focus Ghia fully loaded with only 26.000Km.
The good news are that U will not have to read my ...

Thanks Bertj.

In every language we have many ways to express ideas. The culture here in Brazil is more afected by the United States than UK (movies, fast foods, tv series, etc), so we have to bother U for a better compreension... altough the English I´ve learned in school was the britsh one.

The same works with diesel. Turbo models (petrol and diesel) use to have intercoolers to lower the air temperature (denser). If the external temperature is low, the intercooler will work better than in hot days.

One of the advantages of the NOx systems is to lower the intake air temperature by ...

If you look the previous golf, there is no reason to think the polo will be face-lifted.
The Golf was launched in 98 and no substantial changes were made till 2003. I think VW will do the same with the Polo.

No problem here with petrol models (we got no diesels here). As U see in the picture, no fuel filters to bother. I´ve made this change in my Polo and it took me no more than 10 minutes (both sides).

The official presentation of the brazilian version of the fox will take place today(15) and tomorrow(16) in São Jose dos Pinhais/BR. To celebrate (and get additional space in midia, of course), VWoB presented two conceitual versions of the Fox

The "Fox Pepper" is 40mm lower than stock versions and ...

Alex,

Yes, the car is already in production here, altought the models produced in the factory located in "Sao Jose do Pinhais" will be destinated for local market (and probably South America). The export models (Europe) will be made in the factory located in "Sao Bernardo do Campo".

I like it too!
Looking more carefully, we can see that the illumination is indirect (the numbers are transparent), which is more expensive than a reflexive illumination with solid digits. If VW in Germany explores the blue illumination as a "trademark", it would be a big mistake launch a new car ...

All VW new models available in Brazil have blue illumination (Gol, Polo 9N, Golf IV, Passat - imported). The blue illumination, however, came here in 1998 with the Golf IV. Before this, all VWs had red illumination.
I think the blue illumination is more sophisticated and expensive - and the car is ...

Memm,

Yes, those buttons on the steering wheel are radio controls. The same system found in Renaults, Opels, BMWs, etc...

All the car is new, approved by the VW in Germany. Even the light switch in the steering column (new in VW´s) was approved in Germany.
I really don´t know what color the ...
