hey just thought i add that i was trying to use vagcom and it never worked for me...

but vwtool did work and i could read the errors off the ecu... it would erase the errors but came back with an error saying ecu doesnt support it....

but it does work.. dont know where to get vwtool but i got it ...

On the head of the engine there ahould be two wire going to oil pressure switches(one for low pressure and one for high pressure) there might only be one on your car...

undo them and make sure the hole isnt blocked (i used a copper wire poked through to clean them) then try again. if the light is ...

yeah i checked and double checked all the fuses in the fuse box... i take it that is the only place for the the fuses...

also the relays near the ecu are the only ones for the engine?

can anyone help?
ive posted on clubpolo but no reply..

my car stopped after a lot of hassle it turned out to be the igntion coil... but along the way to fixing, the car stopped priming the fuel pump and it wont start unless the fuel pump is manually connected... bought both the relays near the ...
