B&M Short Shift Installation?

I noticed on here a while back you guys had a group buy on some short shifters from B&M. I wondered if anyone had an installation guide different to that which is supplied with the kit? Or just any advice on how to install it. Its actually for my Lupo GTi, but should be fairly similar i guess ...

I have the same problem mith my lupo gti, inside the fob the piece of metal that should touch the battery to make a connection comes loose, just bend it back toward the battery and it works a treat!

Hey, i realise this is an old topic.... however i have purchased one of these to test on my lupo GTi and wondered if anyone had a picture of where that 'small' hole is drilled in the shaft? Any help would be appreciated =)
