neil you are a legend, done it earlier! definately stay away from undo-ing the glovebox, you dont even need to! all you have to do it pull the passenger carpet up, lift the sound deadening up and put your hand as far up and right as possible, beware of the sharp bits lol! its alot easier with a scre...

Mines doing the exact same thing has been for around 6 weeks, been into VW and they said its the lamda sensor. It triggered five faults-something like, running rich, low on performance, low on oxyen etc. All related to the one sensor, it's about £200 i think and i'll be getting mine booked in short...

I have no idea when it comes to offset etc. I've found some alloys i like but don't think they'll fit on my 6n2; 7.5 x 17. 5x100/5x112pcd (obviously this is 5 stud but I've heard you can adaptors?!?) Alternatively if i find the same wheels with a 4 stud pattern would the 7.5x17 be ok? I think my car...

Welcome to the site mate. As said above about the window- try to re-program it. or Look at the following link and you'll see a fairly common fault, where a clip inside the doorcard snaps so the runner comes apart from the bottom of the window, easily fixed with a cable tie! http://www.tigerstyle.co....
