Mines doing the exact same thing has been for around 6 weeks, been into VW and they said its the lamda sensor. It triggered five faults-something like, running rich, low on performance, low on oxyen etc. All related to the one sensor, it's about £200 i think and i'll be getting mine booked in short...

I have no idea when it comes to offset etc. I've found some alloys i like but don't think they'll fit on my 6n2; 7.5 x 17. 5x100/5x112pcd (obviously this is 5 stud but I've heard you can adaptors?!?) Alternatively if i find the same wheels with a 4 stud pattern would the 7.5x17 be ok? I think my car...

My batteries went dead in the remote so I'm using my spare, just changed over the batteries in the dead one but now it won't unlock/lock the car. Welcome to the site mate. As said above about the window- try to re-program it. or Look at the following link and you'll see a fairly common fault, where a clip inside the doorcard snaps so the runner comes apart from the bottom of the window, easily fixed with a cable tie! http://www.tigerstyle.co....
