hi there, i remember reading on here a while ago about how to top up the gearbox with oil. i think someone said there was two plugs, one to fill it up and if you used the other one u will defo kill your car off. had a search and cant find the post.

so can someone just confirm which plug do you use ...

thanks for the advise guys. ive got soem gearbox oil so on weekend just wanted to check it has some in and if not top it up. as for listening to the sound i cant hear where its commin from. i think its drivers side near the front wheel as i asked someone to listne to it for a second opinion and they ...

that was me next question. aint 100% sure was just gunna take the cap type thing and stick me finger in see if its got any in.

yeah it does. i have read on the forum that the gearboxes are weak. was gunna check on weekend if it was low on gearbox oil. hope it aint dead

hi there. im after some help on an issue i have with my 6n2 polo match se. seems ever since i had the car there has been a horrible vibration noise comming from the front of the car at low revs. i think its got louder lately but was wondeing if there was any common problems to do with engine,gearbox ...

kinda result! just to let everyone know the mats came yesturday, fitted nicely just one snag. they are a very light coloured grey as the floor carpet is a dark grey colour. never mind tho im sure they will fade in time and mud, my rubber mats will be on ebay soon if anyone fancy's um.

hi there, im very intrested in a brand new polo gti and ive seen a few in white and they look special :D has anyone had theres remapped? on the revo site it says they will remap straight upto 210bhp and thats more than the golf mk4's with the same engine. so more power, les weight eqauls huge grin ...

erm.........pass. im sure someone on here must of fitted one and can tell you how to do it. if i was you id just take it vw and pay somone to fit so if they get it slightly off line u can kick off and get it sorted foc???

does the spoiler have the bolts attached? (i.e a brand new spoiler) or does it have the bolts missing (ripped off/second hand?)

they are on order from germany so il let you know when they arrive, hope they as i wanted. thanks for your help guys

hmmm time is against me these days so imafraid scap yard hunting is out the window. any online stores do grey none gen carpeted but tailored grey carpet mats for the 6n2?

hi there, im after some help proving vw wrong. i rang up my local vw dealer today to buy some carpet floor mats for my polo and he siad yeah sure we can order them in for £50, i said yeah ok. gave him all my details and at the end i said i wanted grey or silvery coloured ones to match the exsisting ...

ok cool, think il have a bash at getting the door card off and greasing the window reg runners to see if that helps in anyway. il let you know
