the french know how to build light cars with punchy engines. I had a 205 XSi (1.4) and it was well fast for a 1.4 - possibly the fastest naturally aspirated 1.4 I've ever driven. The 106XSi uses the same engine

Well considering it fits to the 6N too I shouldnt see why you wouldnt get 10 sales out of it.

That sounds a good idea neil, just out of interest does anyone fancy going to the hot hatch spectacular on september the 4th at knockhill i think we`d get a good turnout and would be a great day for a meet and good track action, only watching tho i`ve not got the baws to take ma car on the track ...

Only raced it once at Edzell and it was absolutely pissing down. Got 16.6 though.

Well I wouldnt mind doing it some day to see what a proper 1/4 mile is like.

Still I dont fancy going down untill I really have something to shout about. Hoping my next mods will allow me to beat the 106 GTI's and VTS's alike instead of either sticking with them or just holding them off.

by all accounts, and amazing as it seems, criz's motor seems to be easily sub 8 seconds 0-60. it's a vts beater so it adds up that it can give a 106 a run for it's money. i would truely like to see it down the 1/4 mile so I can witness it for myself - i have to say i was a sceptic at first, but all ...
